PayPal expands its cryptocurrency services to Luxembourg

PayPal upgrades to allow eligible Luxembourg users to purchase cryptocurrencies through the platform. Luxembourg joins the United Kingdom and the United States as the third country where cryptocurrencies can be purchased through the payment app.
