It will bring together bitcoin players from Africa and beyond in Accra, Ghana for a series of conferences, roundtables, workshops, luncheons and presentations around bitcoin.

“Despite the phenomenal growth of Bitcoin on the African continent, which has 1.3 billion people and the youngest population in the world, discussions about the future of Bitcoin and the enormous opportunities it brings continue to take place primarily in the Western world. However, there are thousands of Bitcoin developers, experts, investors and advocates in Africa. Therefore, there is a need to develop collaborations, strengthen knowledge and resource sharing and encourage networking between African players and those in developed countries.”
